For the first time in Kuwait, business leaders and entrepreneurs from across the Bohra community came together on one platform — the Al-Tijaarat Al-Raabehah Business Networking Event 2026, held at Safir Hotel, Fintas. CentrixPlus was proud to attend and showcase our latest platforms to a room full of Kuwait's business community.

A Platform Built Differently
What made this event different wasn't just the networking — it was the format. Most business gatherings only ask what you can offer. This one also asked what you need, openly, in front of the room. Every business owner who presented was asked two questions: what can you give the community, and what do you want from it.
That second question is the one worth dwelling on. Kuwait's Bohra business community holds decades of expertise, spread across industries, generations, and experience levels — but without a platform built to surface it, that knowledge stays siloed. The person with the exact answer to your problem is often a few doors down, and you never find out. This event was built to close that gap: to let business owners work hand in hand, understand each other's challenges, and share knowledge and support directly, rather than always looking outside the community first.
What We Showcased
CentrixPlus brought our full product line to the event floor:
- CentrixDial — our AI call center and mobile agent platform. One login, one set of roles, live floor visibility across dashboards, wallboards, IVR, AI call analysis, and agent performance — available on desktop or mobile.
- Karrix — one integration for every delivery. Connect with multiple delivery partners and manage every order from placement to doorstep in a single place, with AI-optimized routing, easy payments, and auto-settlement.
- Odoo XBRL / Qayd Reporting — XBRL reporting made simple, built directly on Odoo. We map your existing Odoo data to the required taxonomy, validate before submission, and keep you compliant with Kuwait CMA and Qayd requirements — no rework of your existing ERP required.
- ONPOS — a next-generation POS bringing billing, inventory, customers, and insights together in one platform, so every part of day-to-day operations stays under control.

Insights From the Speakers
A few takeaways from the session that stayed with us:
Dr. Ajish Thomas spoke on digital transformation and technology resilience — how enterprises can navigate operational change at scale without losing their footing.
Balaji Srinivasan made a strong case for management discipline as the real driver behind scaling a business, more than any strategy on paper.
Najmuddin Patwa, PMP, CSCP shared a simple but sharp example from FMCG: whether it's a small neighborhood shop or a large supermarket, the business fundamentals don't change. It comes down to discipline, consistency, and how deliberately you grow.
Special thanks to Dr (CA) Kaizar Shakir, who moderated the session with real depth and has been a guiding presence across nearly every chapter and business gathering this community has hosted — genuinely one of the pillars holding this network together. And none of the event happens without Idris Zainuddin, who organized and coordinated it from the ground up, building exactly the kind of platform this community has needed for a long time.

Looking Ahead
Great conversations, familiar faces, and plenty of new ones across a wide range of industries. CentrixPlus is proud to be part of a community that is now building this kind of infrastructure for itself, and we're looking forward to seeing where these conversations lead over the coming months — both for the community and for how we continue supporting Kuwait businesses with Odoo ERP, call center technology, and compliance-ready tools like Qayd XBRL filing.
